Donating breast milk to Special Care Baby Units
Many breastfeeding mothers, who find they have plentiful supply, donate their excess breast milk to the UK's 4 Milk Banks via the UKAMB charity. There are a number of banks across the UK.
Breast milk donors express and then freeze their milk which will either be collected by the Milk Bank's delivery service or the donor can deliver it to the bank themselves.
Visit the Milk Banking website for further details. www.ukamb.org
