London, London
This once great park is now looking quite tired with just the ruins of the 1851 original Crystal Palace to note and the unsightly (but probably listed) National Sports Centre. There's a long trail around the lakes where dinosaur-mad youngsters can spot the monsters. Great one o'clock club and a good playground.
