The Playbarn
The Adventure Island Playbarn is a family run indoor childrens play centre. Established in 1993 in a 2500 sq.ft. converted corrugated iron dutch barn.The main indoor play structure is on two levels and consists of slides, a ball pond, aerial runway, biff and bash bags, chimney climbs, boulder crush, and rat runs.
There is also a Toddler Area for children aged three years and under featuring its own ball pond, slides, soft rockers, and tree houses. Parents are welcome to join their children on the play equipment or relax in the seating area and read one of the newspapers provided.
Adventure Island Playbarn Cafe
The cafeteria has an extensive menu serving hot and cold food for children and parents. The Playbarn also has an outdoor Activity Play Garden, featuring many Little Tikes climbing frames, pirate ship, construction area, and wildwood roadway. You are welcome to bring your own picnic. Open 10am-6pm Tues-Sun.
