The Royal Academy of Dance is an internationally recognised body for teaching, training and setting an exam syllabus for classical dance. Teachers who qualify can apply for membership, and parents can either send a S.A.E for teachers in their area or have a list emailed to them. There is a newly launched syllabus called "Pre-Primary in Dance" and "Primary in Dance" which focuses on pre-school dance lessons.
