An informative, fun family day out at a working farm, with plenty of hands-on experience. You can feed the lambs, sheep and goats, handle baby chicks, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and mice, watch ferret racing and ride on a wagon drawn by Shire horses. There is also a play area and a woodland walk, plus DIY craft activities. The Farm Shop is open all year round from 9am to 5pm selling all kinds of farm produce and souvenirs, and the picnic bar sells food to eat for your picnics. Baby-changing facilities are available and there is good access for prams and buggies. Open from beginning of February end of October, 10am-3pm during the week, 10am-5pm at weekends.
