What We Do

The Cot Mattress Factory manufacture and supply any type, size and shape of baby mattress, from cot and cot bed mattresses, crib mattresses, moses basket mattresses, pram mattresses and travel cot mattresses.

With our combined expertise and knowledge, we can provide you with the all the help and advice you need to measure your mattress correctly and send the measurements to us. We can custom make the shape of the mattress, from oval, circle or square; and manufacture a custom length, width and even depth. Our 25 year History

The dedicated staff at our Lancashire factory have over 200 years combined experience in the industry, making us one of the largest cot mattress manufacturers in the country. We supply thousands of baby mattresses throughout the UK, so you can be safe in the knowledge that we have the experience, knowledge and expertise to manufacture the perfect baby mattress for you.

Handmade custom-made British mattresses

Our aim is to provide our customers with the highest quality cot mattresses at affordable prices. We can manufacture to your exact size and shape requirements, so if you have inherited an old cot or have an unusual shape crib, then just measure it up and we’ll make the mattress. We have a variety of mattresses that can all be made to measure: from our most basic, plain foam mattresses, to mid-range quilted mattresses to the top end of deluxe sprung mattresses.
 

Highest British safety standards

All our mattresses are of high quality and made from a specially treated combustion modified high resilience foam, modified for better flammability behaviour by the addition of various flame retardants. This ensures that all our mattresses conform to British Standards, including BS 7177:1996 and BS 1877-10:1997.

All our products are guaranteed for 12 months and our deluxe mattresses will maintain their quality until your baby has grown into a toddler, including our custom made cot mattresses, so it is worth finding that perfect mattress for your new member of the family. If they get more sleep, it means you get more sleep too!
