We booked Linda to cut my son's hair and she didn't show up! We rang her several times and no reply. I am happy to remove this comment if I subsequently find out that there was a really good reason, but at the moment it appears that she doesn't have a very good system for booking or notifying clients in emergencies, which when you have two small children, doesn't really work.
