Visited Mamas and Papas store in Southampton. It was a lovely store with free parking outside. The store was spacious and well set out. Their products were lovely and had example nurseries to give you inspiration. The staff were extremely helpful and demonstrated how the prams folded and changed into pushchairs. I ordered my pram that day and only had to put a 10% deposit down to secure . The remainder had to be paid 4 weeks before delivery. I had a premature birth, and my son was over 4 weeks early. We contacted Mamas and Papas, paid the remainder balance and the pram was delivered before I left the hospital. I would recommend the store and the company to anybody else. Excellent customer service.
