Babies R Us were very helpful in halping us choose the right buggy, allowing us to 'test drive' the ones we liked, showed us how to collapse the buggy and put it back up etc. It's a shame their customer service level isn't as high whilst waiting for the buggy to come down from the warehouse, they have very few staff on the desk so when its busy u can be waiting a long time - not something you want to do when heavily pregnant!!
