In this particular boots there is a fair selection of prams and pushchairs to choose from. They vary from the top end of the range to the more budget range they also have named brand in store such as silvercross, mamas and papas,maclaren quinny and petite star as well as their own brand. The Customer service assistant was slightly hard to find however when she came over she gave her full attention for the 20 minutes we were there discussing pros and cons of the pushchairs we had selected to look at. The assistant removed the product from the stand so that she could demonstate on how to put up and collapse the pushchair which I found important as some can be terribly complicated. This was an issue as I also had a toddler so needed something quick and easy. She recommended the pushchairs which fit this brief. After selecting one which was easy up and down and the right size to fit in the car had a go at pushing up and down and put my toddler in to see how would handle when baby was heavier or had shopping etc this did make a difference to the handling of some makes.
I then had a look at the prices in order to compare to others and although were slightly more expensive on some makes there were others which had special offers on them and with the use of boots points ( triple point weekend) you could gain a reasonable discount or money back to spend on other much needed baby products ( such as nappies!). All in all a good experience and I now have a much loved and well used pushchair thanks to the attentive help of their customer service assistant.
