A time for you and your baby Being pregnant can be a special time that allows you to connect with your baby. It can also be a time where you can be physically and emotionally challenged. Pregnancy yoga helps to support you through this time and helps you prepare for the birth of your baby. What will we do? Yoga and active birth postures that will help during the trimesters and your birth experience.
Breathing and relaxation techniques that can help calm and relax you, and the opportunity to meet and gain support from other mums. When you join a class a welcome pack will be provided with handouts that you can use at home if you so wish.
