Our courses are interactive, fun and create lots of opportunities to ask questions, discuss issues that are important to you and learn skills for labour, birth and life with a new baby. There will be a maximum of 5 women and their partners. Our classes are designed for couples, but many people attend on their own or with a friend, relative or birth partner. Concessions are available on all NCT courses; please enquire in confidence about these. All courses may be paid for in instalments
