Trained to NVQ level 3. With the Register of Exercise professionals with over three years experience in the fitness industry. Has completed an ante/post natal exercise certificate with Focus Training in Lancashire. The qualification is equivelant to a GNVQ Level 3, providing theoretical and applied practical knowledge to be able to instruct ante natal women during all three trimesters of pregnancy and also in the post natal period. Provides home visits, and will soon be opening a studio offering 1-1s
