Sledmere House is the home of Sir Tatton Sykes, 8th Baronet and was built in the 18th century, although there has been a Manor House at Sledmere since medieval times. The grounds are beautiful and take in walled gardens and a deer park. There's a picnic area and children's playground. Café, shop. Open daily from 10am May-October.
