Part funded by Wirral Borough Council, the rest of this farm relies on grants and is open 365 days of the year. All the usual farm animals to come and have a look at, with lots of poultry too: geese, ducks, hens, guinea fowl, turkeys etc. Entry is free of charge, there is a picnic field and there are play areas for children of all ages. There is a café with a children's menu and there are baby-changing facilities. The Tam O'Shanter Cottage Urban Farm Trust aims to preserve the historic, thatched Tam O'Shanter cottage and use the farm for public enjoyment and education. Open 9.30am-4.30pm 7 days a week.
