A great indoor all weather attraction, consisting of a network of marine life aquariums. Walk through a glass tunnel with 180 degree vision, through the swimming masses of sharks, spot piranhas from a safe distance, see octopus, stingrays, eels and u201CThe Phantoms of the Deepu201D u2013 all kinds of jelly fish, some of them UV light enhanced to add to their fascination! A u201CTouch Poolu201D area allows children of all ages to hold the smaller sea creatures such as crabs, starfish etc with an expert on hand to teach them more. Lots of opportunities to learn about sea life, members of staff to ask and special tours for kindergartens and nurseries etc. Café with children's food, baby-changing facilities and easy pushchair access. Open daily from 10am to 5pm (usually longer in the holidays, worth ringing to find out).

We strongly recommend you ring Sea Life before you set off on your family day out, to make sure they are open and to confirm admission prices. It may also be worth visiting the website for Sea Life to see if there are any special events on the day for which you may have to book a ticket. Please also be aware that if Sea Life hosts birthday parties, this may limit the access in the cafe/restaurant areas.
