Avni Osteopathic Care offers a complete service from pregnancy to birth, babies and children.  Avni Trivedi is an experienced osteopath, Paediatric osteopath, zero balancer and trainee doula.  Her treatments are gentle, effective and relaxing and enable a sense of well-being as well as helping with strains and sprains.  She incorporates yoga-based movements and breathing in her work which can be useful in pregnancy and labour. Osteopathic treatment treats the whole person, not conditions and so the approach is tailored to an individual's needs.  However issues such as back pain, indigestion and constipation can all be treated with Osteopathy.

Avni has a Msc Paediatric Osteopathy from the renowned Osteopathic Centre for Children, and is a member of various associations such as Birthlight and Doula UK.  She teaches at the British School of Osteopathy.

Avni has worked at a variety of settings and has gained experience of treating elderly people, babies, tradesmen, office workers, athletes and yogis. She enjoys working with other practitioners in the fields of obstetrics, paediatrics, complementary therapy and movement.
