We went to John Lewis Liverpool One. The prams were well displayed, store was neat and the staff were amazing!!! As we were confused between about 5 models they took the time to fully demo them all. This took over an hour and we didn't even ask, they volunteered. Eventually it came down to the bugaboo bee and maclaren xt as our main 2 choices. Despite a price difference of over 400 between them, they encouraged us to go in whichever direction suited us best but couldn't sing the praises enough of the cheaper xt. We ended up buying that model and have popped in for extras a few times, even getting roped in to selling the benefits ourselves to some expecting couples in the store one saturday! In any other store they would have demo'd the most expensive and tried for the highest sale, but not here. J. Lewis is brilliant!
